Terms of Service

The relevant terms that apply to you depend on the date you onboarded:

EU Terms: If you onboarded on or before 29 June 2026, the EU terms apply to you. The services provided under these Terms will be suspended for all customers as of 30 June 2026.

Canada Terms: If you onboarded on or after 29 June 2026, the Canada terms apply to you.

EU residents:Compose Finance does not market, promote, or solicit its services in the European Union. If you reside in the EU and nonetheless choose to access Compose Finance's services, you acknowledge that you are doing so entirely at your own exclusive initiative and that Compose Finance has not solicited, marketed, or promoted those services to you. You may also be required to satisfy additional eligibility criteria and provide certain confirmations or documentation before you can access the services.

UK residents: If you reside in the UK, Compose Finance services are currently available to you only if you are a sophisticated investor or a high net worth individual investor and sign a relevant declaration.
